We are seeking to establish a pool of Teacher - Primary for permanent and fixed term, full-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Moora Primary School (PS) is looking for multiple full-time teachers to join our wonderful team in 2025.
We are located between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours from Perth, depending on your location in Perth. These teaching positions come with subsidised accommodation and free relocation.
The town has many shops and services including supermarkets, cafes, hotels, a medical centre, hospital, child care facilities, swimming pool, a senior high school, sporting recreation centre and many sporting clubs. Moora also has the benefit of being 1 hour from the beaches at Lancelin and Jurien Bay.
Moora PS is a Level 4 Independent Public School, situated 172 km north of Perth. The school community is drawn from the Moora town site and surrounding rural areas and caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Students who attend the school are from a variety of backgrounds, with many travelling by bus from farms daily.
Our school was established in 1897 making it one of the oldest primary schools in Western Australia.

Mobility appointments for permanent, metropolitan and south west teachers
Eligible permanent teachers who hold a substantive teaching position in a North or South Education Region school, or a South West Education Region school* may elect to undertake this role as a 3-year mobility appointment, with a right of return to their substantive position. At the cessation of the 3-year mobility appointment, teachers can elect to return to their substantive role, or transfer permanently into this school.
