The Role
As the Level 2 School Officer you will be the first point of contact and will ideally be able to display a welcoming culture to our school and community. The successful applicant should be a team player and present excellent customer services skills. They should be highly motivated who are able to work in a busy environment in partnership with the administration team, possess ability to prioritise administration tasks and often work well under pressure. The successful applicant should have a friendly, positive, and caring attitude and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school and to interact with parents and the wider community.
The School Officer should be able to complete student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages such as Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS), Resource Management (RM) Billing, Student Information System (SIS), Compass and Microsoft applications, particularly databases and word processing. The successful applicant should be able to assist other members of the school administration team with maintaining school databases, records, and management information systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
