We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2024 school year, up to the end of term 4, 2025. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Duncraig Senior High School (SHS) is situated in the north-western suburbs on the coastal strip 18 kilometres from Perth. The Role
Suitable applicants should provide key liaison and effective support in the co-ordination and delivery of administrative and customer-focused services within the school.
Due to the size of our school, our staff work within dedicated portfolios such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Enrolments, Facilities and Customer Services. Experience in working with systems such as Office 365, SIS database, RM Finance and Billing, SEQTA, QKR, HRMIS, RAMS and Canva would be advantageous.
Together with exemplary customer service, suitable applicants will ideally work well under pressure with the ability to multi task and work effectively within a collaborative and cohesive team environment where innovation, initiative and staff empowerment are valued.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
