Financial Planning and Resourcing are seeking to establish a pool of Administrative Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2024 and up to the end of October, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Financial Planning and Resourcing are looking for motivated Administrative Officers to join their team.
To be suitable to this role you will ideally have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The Role
Suitable applicants will provide clerical and administrative support to the Director or Manager and staff, including basic research. Arrange meetings, prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes and undertake follow-up actions when required.
You will offer general support by contributing to a work environment that is safe, fosters equity and diversity, enables the achievement of personal and EBS goals and facilitates accomplishment of designated roles and deliverables.
As well as maintain a focus on customer service delivery and continuous improvement of services and develop and maintain effective communication links and working relationships to ensure access to diverse specialise knowledge. You will also be comfortable working in a thriving and fast-paced environment.
