North Mandurah Primary School (PS) is seeking to appoint a motivated and organised Manager Corporate Services to join our friendly and cohesive Administration team.

The Role
The MCS will lead the Administration Support Team, focussing on delivering improved outcomes for the school community, and sharing a strong team ethos, resilience and a solution focussed outlook. As the Manager Corporate Services, you will be working closely with the principal and leadership team to ensure that our school operates efficiently, and you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality educational outcomes for our students and oversee the business operations to embed the school culture and ethos. The successful applicant will ideally have the ability to perform the following tasks:
- Oversee the management of the school's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with Department of Education policies.
- Manage human resources functions, including staff payroll, leave management, recruitment processes, and employee relations.
- Ensure the effective management of school assets, resources, and facilities.
- Lead and mentor the corporate services team to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of school policies and procedures to support operational efficiency.
- Support the Principal and school leadership team in delivering on the school’s strategic plan and improvement initiatives.
It is hoped the successful applicant will be able to commence in their role prior to the end of the 2024 school year to allow for a successful transition.
