The Role
As the successful applicant, you will be an active contributor to the Mathematics learning area and should be reflective in your practice to support professional growth and improve educational outcomes for students.
You will ideally possess a sound understanding of the Mathematics curriculum and courses, an ability to teach at an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) level will be highly regarded. Knowledge and the ability to use high impact learning strategies to successfully engage students in Mathematics should be ideally be evident in your practice.
The ability to differentiate curriculum and implement innovative approaches to improve outcomes for both high and low achieving students is a key element to this position. You will ideally build positive relationships with your students and be passionate about creating positive futures for students and utilise evidence-based decision making skills within your practice.
