Darlington Primary School (PS) are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Darlington PS has a long tradition of providing a quality education to students from Kindergarten to Year 6. The Role
We are actively seeking Primary Teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As a primary teacher you would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students' social and emotional development.
The suitable applicants should possess a strong capacity to plan, present and assess challenging and engaging programs, catering for high-achieving students, and have a sound understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum. Teachers should ideally possess the professional knowledge, practices, and experience to deliver an engaging and relevant curriculum using a positive, student-focused approach and have success working with students across a range of ability levels..
