This is a 12 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025 with possible extension.

The Role
If you are a Teacher passionate about your subject area and creating exciting learning experiences for your students, we welcome your interest in this position.
The successful applicant will ideally have a strong secondary teaching background. We are seeking Teachers with demonstrated use of a range of pedagogies and a flexible and adaptive approach in applying the strategies of differentiated instruction and explicit teaching. You will ideally have the ability to empower your students to take charge of their learning and build engagement in their education and employment pathways.
The successful applicant will ideally possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills which will be used to develop and promote the school’s values, ethos, and priorities across the school community. You will ideally work collaboratively with your colleagues and build positive relationships with your students.
This role will suit someone who is relationship-focused, highly motivated, and passionate about creating exciting, culturally responsive learning experiences to ignite a desire to learn in students. The successful applicant will ideally develop, improve, and deliver our School of Isolated and Distance Education (SIDE) class a broader range of activities and skills.
