The Role
HHC are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Curriculum Support Officer. Working with the Executive team around the construction of the timetable and supporting timetable maintenance within Integris will be a key element of this role.
The Curriculum Support Officer will provide administrative, reporting, and timetabling support to the Executive team and teaching staff. This role involves maintaining and monitoring a range of administrative and curriculum related databases to ensure the integrity of school data, extracting and generating relevant reports, and to provide appropriate data to the Executive team to enhance school operations.
High level Information Computer Technology (ICT) skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets to manipulate data, understanding and experience of Integris, Saron Education Quality Teachers Assistant (SEQTA) and Reporting to Parents (RTP) will all be highly regarded.
The Curriculum Support Officer will coordinate and support a range of internal and external processes. The complex nature of the role will ideally require the successful applicant to be a hardworking individual, with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant should have exceptional organisational and time management skills and the ability to effectively work autonomously as required.
