The Role
Eaton CC is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and team orientated leader to join our senior leadership team in the role of Program Coordinator – Student Services. It is essential that the successful applicant possesses exceptional interpersonal, organisation and management skills to complement leadership capabilities.
A key component of the role is to effectively lead the Student Services team, ensuring our students have a safe, positive and caring learning environment. The purpose of the team is to develop the social skills, knowledge and understandings of our students and build capacity of our staff.
The successful applicant must be able to work with the school community, parents/caregivers and external agencies to provide wrap around support to students.
In collaboration with the Principal and members of the administrative team, the Program Coordinator provides educational leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school vision, and encouraging school staff, volunteers from the community and others to share ownership of the School’s vision and goals.
In collaboration with year leaders, you will need to monitor academic progress, support students at educational risk, and cultivate aspirations and interests to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving educational outcomes.
The successful applicant will ideally have a proven capacity to manage a small team of student services staff in data interrogation to achieve positive outcomes for students in attendance, engagement and social emotional health.
