The Role
The successful applicant should play a pivotal role in The Arts Learning Area - they should actively contribute to and support collaborative team efforts aimed at cultivating a culture of excellence within The Arts. The candidate will ideally have the ability to lead the Visual Arts curriculum and have the initiative to promote Visual Arts excellence across the school and community. You will join an experienced and supportive team focused on student achievement and success. We are seeking a teacher with excellent interpersonal and professional skills to work both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstration of effective classroom management, the ability to differentiate curriculum to cater for individual student needs, and capacity to promote an environment of active and positive learning are pivotal to the role. Holding, or willingness to complete, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
