The Role
The successful applicant will aid the Manager Corporate Services and other members of the school administration team with maintaining school databases, records, and management information systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
The School Officer will assist with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages particularly databases and word processing. A knowledge of Resource Management (RM) Finance, RM Billing, Human Resources Management Information Systems (HRMIS) and Student Information System (SIS) would be desirable.
The successful applicant should ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff. The School Officer should have the skills to competently work independently without supervision or direction with an excellent focus on teamwork.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
