The Role
The Curriculum Support Officer will provide administrative, reporting and timetabling support to the Principal, Associate Principals and teaching staff. They will maintain and monitor a range of administrative and curriculum related databases to ensure integrity of school data, extract and generate reports, and provide data to the school administration team to enhance school operations. High level Information Computer Technology (ICT) skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets to manipulate data, understanding and experience of Integris, Compass and Reporting to Parents (RTP) will all be highly regarded. Supporting timetable maintenance within Integris will be a key element of this role.
The Curriculum Support Officer will coordinate and support a range of internal and external processes. The complex nature of the role will ideally require the successful applicant to be a hardworking individual, with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.The successful applicant should have exceptional organisational and time management skills and the ability to effectively work autonomously as required whilst maintaining a team approach and open and positive communication chains.
