Belmont City College (CC) is a public secondary school located in Belmont, six kilometres east of Perth, Western Australia. The school first opened in 1957, as Belmont Senior High School and following the amalgamation with Kewdale Senior High School in 2020, reopened as Belmont City College.

The Role
The role of the Business Support Officer is to assist the Manager Corporate Services in undertaking financial planning, monitoring, research, reporting and analysis to meet established objectives and outcomes relative to business needs and plans. The successful applicant will ideally have excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously.
You will be responsible for supporting the Manager Corporate Services in administering the schools marketing, financial, physical, and human resources whilst upholding confidentiality and security of sensitive material and provide assistance to other members of the school administration executive team with maintaining school databases, records and management information systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date. You will assist with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages particularly databases and word processing.
