The Role
Manjimup SHS is seeking to appoint an energetic and motivated individual to fill the role of Teacher - Health and Physical Education and join their friendly team.
The successful applicant will ideally be a passionate and dedicated educator who develops strong positive relationships with staff, students and the wider community. They will ideally provide students with a purposeful and engaging learning experience to develop their skills, knowledge, and understandings related to HPE, supported by a variety of approaches to learning. The capacity to deliver Physical Education Studies, Outdoor Education or Certificate II Sport and Recreation courses would be beneficial.
Ideally, the successful applicant should have high expectations, display a commitment to excellence, use a range of pedagogies, and could establish and maintain a positive and engaging classroom-learning environment. The successful applicant will have the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment within the HPE department and wider school community.
