The Role
The successful applicant will ideally be an active contributor to the mathematics learning area and should be reflective in their practice to support professional growth and improve educational outcomes for students. You will ideally possess a sound understanding of the mathematics curriculum and courses, and have the ability to use high impact learning strategies to successfully engage students in Mathematics.The ability to differentiate curriculum and implement innovative approaches to improve outcomes for both high and low achieving students is a key element to this position.
In addition, the successful applicant will have the ability to build positive relationships with students and be passionate about creating positive futures for all students. Applicants with the ability to teach at an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) level will be highly regarded..
