Mindarie Senior College (SC) is a purpose-built senior college designed to meet the educational needs of young adults completing Years 11 and 12. The Role
As School Officer you will be the first point of contact for our College and will be responsible for completing administrative duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information. The successful applicant should have a friendly, positive, and caring attitude and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school.
In this role, your duties will include enrolments, maintaining student databases and assisting the Manager Corporate Services and Administration team in the daily functions of the College, such as purchasing, maintaining resources, and general administration. Knowledge of school based systems such as Integris, RM Finance, Student Information System (SIS), and Compass would be highly desirable. It would be advantageous to have experience in a range of Microsoft Office packages to enhance our administration processes and provide effective marketing and communication strategies.
The successful applicant should possess well-developed interpersonal, organisational and accuracy skills, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision and the flexibility to move between tasks and deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
