Statewide Services are seeking to establish a pool of Administration Assistant’s for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2024 and up to the end of October, 2025, Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period at the Padbury, East Perth or Leederville worksites.
Statewide Services are looking for motivated Administration Assistants to join their team.
To be successful to this role you will ideally have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The Role
Suitable applicants will work within a team to undertake effect administration practices and processes in order to maintain high standards of work and meet required timelines. This will be achieved through:
- the use advanced features in Microsoft products to prepare documents, including brochures, spreadsheets, charts, and tables
- applying requirements of the Department of Education communication style guide monitoring workflows to ensure deadlines are met
- preparing and distribute agendas, taking of minutes and associated documents
- undertaking follow up action when required
- assisting managerial staff meet their financial, procurement and human resources responsibilities, including reconciling credit card expenditure, checking certification reports and invoices and monitoring expenditure.
