The Role
The suitable applicants shall work as part of a collaborative and experienced English team that is friendly and supportive.
Suitable applicants who have the capacity to teach English Year 7 - 12 including ATAR level are highly desirable. Suitable applicants should have proven abilities in developing teaching and learning programs, and instructional skills that facilitate improved student outcomes. We are seeking reflective teachers who work effectively with their colleagues to support improved educational outcomes in a secondary context.
You will ideally possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills that allow you to build and maintain collaborative and respectful partnership across the college and the wider community. It is highly sought after that suitable applicants are committed to working with students to differentiate curriculum to support individualised improvement and extension. The ability to adapt with and utilise technology within the English learning area would be highly regarded.
