Programs and Data ECT are seeking to establish a pool of Data Support Officer’s for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2024 and up to the end of October, 2025. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
The Role
Applicants who are deemed suitable to this pool will ensure accuracy of the Student Information Records System (SIRS) database by assisting schools to interpret and solve errors identified in the upload of registration demographic, enrolment, and results data.
You would also prepare documents using advanced Microsoft products to collate collected data and prepare statistical reports for communication to school and other education and training providers.
You will maintain effective records and relevant information within databases in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy.
