We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principal for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2024 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2025. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Carnaby Rise Primary School, located in Landsdale, opened in 2017 as an Independent Public School catering for children from Kindergarten to Year 6.

The Role
We are looking for exceptional leaders who possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and are committed to supporting staff and students to achieve excellent educational outcomes. These skills will support the establishment of positive and respectful relationships with students and their families, colleagues, and the broader school community as we build and grow our unique, inclusive and high-performing school.

Suitable applicants will have a role in the mentoring and coaching of staff, including in the role of an Instructional Coach; supporting collaborative practices within the school; maintaining and implementing the school’s instructional programs; and supporting the development of teacher pedagogy. Having the ability to analyse student, teacher and whole school performance to identify improvement processes will be highly regarded.
