The Role
Suitable applicants should be conscientious and dedicated Teachers who possess a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. They will ideally be actively involved both within the school and wider community, highly reflective about their teaching practice and committed to evidence-based decision making and differentiation. A capacity and willingness to lead the development and delivery of school programs and priorities would be viewed favourably.
Suitable applicants should possess the professional knowledge and practices to deliver an engaging and relevant curriculum using a positive, student-focused approach, and ideally have proven success working with students across a range of ability levels, including multi-age/split year groups.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to collaborate with colleagues, parents and external networks to establish strong community partnerships, will be highly regarded.
Suitable applicants should be relationship focused with a consistent and transparent classroom management approach. They should be enthusiastic, seek opportunities for innovation and leadership, and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
As a member of our school teaching team you should implement effective, innovative and engaging learning programs. You should work collaboratively with other staff to apply whole school approaches for delivery of the WA Curriculum

- hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
- consent to and obtain a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
