Bridgetown High School (HS) is situated approximately is located 270 kms south of Perth on the Blackwood River in the Southwest region of Western Australia and proudly meets the needs of local students in Years 7 to Years 10. The school is currently in the fourth year of the Fogarty Edvance program.

The Role
As the Manager Corporate Services, you will work collaboratively with the Leadership team to lead the operation of the school, with your central responsibility being to provide comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, namely financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This includes responsibility for the direct line management of school support staff, financial and resource management, and human resource coordination. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
A core aspect of your role is to administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations. This includes offering valuable input into financial planning and budgeting. Your strategic involvement in the development of Business and Marketing Plans, in collaboration with the Principal and the Leadership Team, underscores your commitment to the school's long-term objectives.
The successful applicant will ideally have well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic financial leader and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have demonstrated experience in using a range of application packages including the School Resourcing System, Integris, Asset Manager, RM Billing & RM Finance, HRMIS and RAMS.
You will be able to work in a collaborative team environment committed to building quality relationships. Communication with school personnel and developing strong community relationships and links is a key element of this role. The successful applicant will ideally possess outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communication, analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills. The ability to manage conflict and/or performance related issues would be highly regarded.
