Parkwood Primary School (PS) opened in 1975 and is at the eastern end of the Fremantle-Peel Education District. The school sits adjacent to Lynwood Senior High School. Our students enjoy quality facilities, equipment, and resources to enhance their learning experiences.
Formerly one of the largest primary schools in Western Australia, demographic changes have resulted in a student enrolment of approximately 600 students from Kindergarten to Year 6. This includes just more than 80 children in the Intensive English Centre.

The Role
The Cleaner in Charge is responsible for organising and supervising the school cleaning staff including the relief for staff on leave, rosters and highlighting issues and concerns on behalf of cleaners, they will manage cleaners time books and organise on the job training of new and current cleaning staff. They will work as a team with school staff and manage staff performance in consultation with the Manager Corporate Services.
The suitable applicant will need to contribute to a positive team culture and enjoy the challenge of working in a vibrant primary school. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
