The Role
Bletchley Park PS is seeking a motivated School Psychologist to join their friendly team. To be successful inr this role you will have a strong work ethic, good interpersonal and communication skills and ideally you will have experience in a school context. You will need to be able to work unsupervised and have an understanding of EAL/D (English as an additional language or dialect) students. Knowledge and skills in trauma informed practices, SEL programs and ability to deliver professional learning to staff on learning disorders will be viewed favourably.
You will ideally be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, consult widely, and be able to work effectively as part of a whole school team .
The successful applicant will collaborate closely with the school leadership team. They will join a community of motivated and innovative educators committed to ensuring the wellbeing and educational outcomes of students.

- Ability to implement school psychology services and programs in an educational environment to maximise student learning outcomes.

- High level written and oral communication skills, demonstrating the capacity to produce correspondence, reports and case notes, and interview and training (facilitation) skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, which demonstrate an ability to function in a self-directed way, and as a member of an interdisciplinary team, working with a range of clients across the lifespan, Department personnel and inter-agency partners across a variety of contexts.
- Ability to apply analytical and conceptual skills to issues identification, risk assessment and analysis, intervention and evaluation.
