The Role
We are seeking a collaborative team player who possesses highly developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The successful applicant should be willing to learn and have knowledge of disability and behaviour management. They will use their professional knowledge of effective case management to monitor and track students using interventions to work through complex situations individually and in a team environment.
The successful Deputy Principal will ideally be required to work with all members of the school community, focusing on curriculum, student progress and quality teaching. Knowledge of effective teaching will assist the continued implementation of the schools Instructional Model which underpins the focus on Quality Teaching. Data literacy, knowledge of evidence-based teaching strategies and the ability to support teaching staff in the implementation of these strategies is a requirement.
