We are seeking to establish a pool of Business Support Officer for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2024 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2025. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Suitable applicants should be able to effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure with high level accuracy and attention to detail. They will ideally have knowledge in Finance and Human Resources and will oversee and provide training to support staff. Therefore, extensive experience with RM Finance, RM Billing, RM Asset Manager, Integris and Human Resources. Management Information System (HRMIS) would be highly desirable.
Suitable applicants will be responsible for supporting the Manager Corporate Services in administering the schools marketing, financial, physical and human resources whilst upholding confidentiality and security of sensitive material and provide assistance to other members of the school administration executive team with maintaining school databases, records and management information systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date. Ideally they will assist with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages particularly databases and word processing. A knowledge of RM Finance, RM Billing, HRMIS and Student Information System (SIS) would be desirable.
The role includes maintaining the role of the reception area, all enrolments, and supporting the leadership team as necessary. Ideally the position will attract a candidate with strong interpersonal, and public relationship skills with our learning community.
