The Role
As a finalist for the WA Education Awards “Excellence in Teaching and Learning” we are seeking teachers who have a love for Literacy and are willing to teach and learn our successful programs of “Talk for Writing and Reading, Science of Reading approach, Explicit Teaching of Synthetic Phonics and Oxford and Paul Swan Mathematics. GPPS has one to one pads, thus proficiency in the use of ICT technologies such as see saw and interactive whiteboards are desirable.
To be suitable for this role, you will ideally be able to build lasting connections with our students - establishing and maintaining high expectations around effort, performance and behaviour. You should have a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ for your students' and openness to learning.
