The Role
The Leadership Team at Dongara DHS has shared responsibility for the whole of school K-12, with this Primary Deputy Principal position having a focus on leading middle and upper primary with data driven decision making to implement change. The successful applicant should ideally have high level curriculum knowledge for middle and upper primary and familiarity with leading high impact teaching years 3-6. The successful applicant will be expected to lead in the area of K-12 students at educational risk, including case management and SEN planning. Current experience in this area would be beneficial.

As a Deputy Principal, you will ideally promote and lead cultural inclusivity, positive relationships between students, staff, parents, and the wider community, and provide leadership in further developing a high performance, high care school culture.
