Kinross College will expand to commence its first Year 12 cohort in 2025 and we are now looking to add additional staff eager and enthusiastic to help shape this new era for the college.
The College offers a variety of high-performance programs for students to develop their talents and engage and increase engagement such as - Basketball, Soccer, Netball specialist programs and Aviation Studies. The curriculum is supported through strong links with industry leaders including the AMA. The Harry Potter themed room supports and extends student literacy and problem-solving capacities via a variety of classes and courses.

The Role
Kinross College is seeking to appoint a Psychology Teacher to a permanent position commencing Term 1, 2025. Teachers at all stages of their career including new graduates and soon to be graduates are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will ideally specialise in the Psychology curriculum, and work as part of a collaborative Science team that is friendly and supportive. Applicants should ideally have proven abilities in developing teaching and learning programs, and instructional skills that facilitate improved student outcomes using quality data sources.
Applicants will ideally possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills that allow them to build and maintain collaborative and respectful partnerships across the college and the wider community. It is highly sought after that applicants are committed to working with students to differentiate curriculum to support individualised improvement and extension. The ability to adapt with and utilise technology within the learning area would be highly regarded. An understanding of the Compass software would be beneficial.
