Carnaby Rise Primary School (PS) is seeking to establish a pool of Teacher - K-6 for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2024 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2025. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Carnaby Rise PS, located in Landsdale, opened in 2017 as an Independent Public School catering for children from Kindergarten to Year 6.
Through consultation and collaboration, we have worked with the local community to develop a vision to shape the direction of our school to reflect the uniqueness and diversity of our children.

The Role
As a teacher of Carnaby Rise PS you will ideally be a committed, professional and collaborative participant in our progressive, high performing and multi-culturally diverse education community.
Suitable applicants will ideally have the skills and experience in providing a high-quality teaching and learning program to meet the needs of the students while addressing the targets of the school’s business plan. The school has a strong focus on working collaboratively in a flexible environment with delegated roles and responsibilities.
It is highly desirable for the applicants to have experience in a wide repertoire of strategies including co-operative learning, reflective teaching and feedback processes, and sound classroom management based on restorative practices.
