The Role
Fremantle College is seeking a hardworking, motivated and effective leader to join our college’s Executive Team in the role of Associate Principal.
As the Associate Principal, you will be an important part in offering strategic leadership and nurturing a positive school culture. Your responsibilities will include developing collaborative and respectful partnerships within the school community and with external stakeholders. You will ideally inspire staff and the community to embrace shared ownership of the school’s vision and values, while engaging families and stakeholders to enhance student performance.
The ideal applicant should have outstanding strategic leadership skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and experience in organisational and change management.
