The Role
As an Education Assistant – Mainstream, it will be highly regarded if you effectively use excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills to collaborate with teachers, other education assistants, parents and carers, and other colleagues to create engaging programs for our students. Strong communication skills should also be required to work effectively with individual students and groups of students to meet positive educational outcomes, as well possessing the ability to support the general health and well-being of our students.
The successful applicant should be friendly, proactive, able to show initiative and have excellent organisational skills to effectively support staff and students in a variety of classrooms.
