Employee relations are looking for a motivated Labour Relations Officer to join their team.
To be successful to this role you will ideally have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The Role
The successful applicant will provide support to the branch’s senior labour relations staff and undertake research and project work, report on emerging trends and issues and make recommendations to achieve successful outcomes. A key part of the role is providing labour relations support to school leaders and central services managers on a wide range of labour relations issues.
You will also contribute to the achievement of projects and objectives within the Directorate and the development, implementation and review of policy and related issues.
