Oberthur Primary School (PS) (est. 1979) is situated in the sought after suburb of Bull Creek. The Role
As a School Officer you will be the first point of contact for our school and ideally will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate experience in the application of customer service principles and practices. You will be responsible for completing a variety of administrative duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, preparing correspondence and publications, responding to routine enquiries and requests for information and collecting documentation for new enrolments.
The ideal applicant will ideally have a friendly, positive, and caring attitude with a growth mindset to work within a fast-paced team environment. You will ideally be efficient, enthusiastic and an independent team member who is compassionate and empathetic. You should possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school and to interact with parents and the wider community.
This role will include front office duties and the applicant will be responsible for supporting the Manager Corporate Services with administration and financial duties, whilst maintaining confidentiality of sensitive material. You will provide assistance to other members of the school administration team. Demonstrated knowledge of Integris, RM Finance, RM billing is highly desirable.
