We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2025. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
At Caladenia Primary School (PS), we believe that values help shape us all. Teachers and students build strong and sustainable relationships. Our teachers build collaborative and professional relationships with each other. Students know that they are valued and loved by school staff. Our practices and processes model and support this, forming a supportive environment for all students to thrive.
Students are encouraged to achieve highly and ‘be the best that they can be’.
We are leaders in the areas of peer performance management, descriptive and detailed Quality Teaching and Learning Policy Handbook and a culture of collaboration which is a teacher-initiated Policy and practiced every day, with common year level Duties Other Than Teaching (DOTT) and teacher walk-throughs every day – the environment is one of trust and a desire to give students the best each day. It is an exciting place to teach. We have whole school decision-making and leadership structures which involve teachers in leading the school towards a strong and sustainable high-performance future. This is a school where great teachers can become great leaders with active and real roles in leadership.
