The Role
In this role, your responsibilities will include coordinating the Student Support Program, conducting research, and implementing systems and interventions, preferably Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) strategies, to effectively support students, families, and staff. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining professional connections between students, families, the school, and community agencies. Additionally, you should assess students' needs by communicating with parents/guardians, staff, and stakeholders, and providing support to the School Administration team during times of crisis using appropriate strategies.
Your role will also involve participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences, both within the school and with external agencies. Ultimately, your position is essential in creating a nurturing environment that contributes to the overall educational experience and well-being of students.
