The Role
The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in The Arts Learning Area - and should actively contribute to and support collaborative team efforts aimed at cultivating a culture of excellence within The Arts. You will ideally have the ability to lead Drama curriculum and have the initiative to promote Performing Arts excellence across the school and community and will join an experienced and supportive team focused on student achievement and success. You should possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills which will be used to develop and promote the school’s values, ethos and priorities across the school community. You will ideally build positive relationships with students and staff and be passionate about creating positive futures. You should also be performance driven and use evidence based decision-making skills in your curriculum, program and pathway development.
Experience or knowledge of teaching Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) level Drama will be highly regarded.
