We are seeking to establish a pool of Teacher - K-6 for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2024 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2025. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Suitable applicants should be passionate, motivated and skilled educators who are committed to improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for every child, every day, through our whole school approaches, explicit teaching and instructional strategies. They will exhibit a strong understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and use data to drive their planning. They should be able to demonstrate how they cater for individual student needs within their planning.
Suitable applicants should be innovative and contemporary in their teaching practice. They should be able to demonstrate their capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment to develop and maintain strong relationships. Applicants shall value kindness and care as the underlying approach to building student and staff relationships.
Experience and knowledge of whole school approaches such as Talk 4 Writing, explicit phonics instruction and morphology, Zones of Regulation, Elastik, Brightpath and daily reviews will be highly regarded.
To be suitable for this role, you shall need to demonstrate your competency against the following domains (that govern the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers):
- Professional knowledge;
- Professional practice; and
- Professional engagement.
