The Role
Collier Primary School (PS) is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to join their team.
Applicants will be considered for positions for Kindy to Year 6. We encourage teachers with experience in any year level to apply. The suitable applicants should be able to work independently and innovatively to provide high quality hands- on learning opportunities linked to the Western Australian Curriculum. An ability to demonstrate differentiated, flexible learning is a must. Ideally, you will be flexible, show high levels of collaboration and support other teachers as part of a team. The suitable applicants should have the ability to establish and maintain strong links with the parent body and local community to provide additional opportunities for students.
Our school implements Back 2 Front Maths, Promoting Literacy Development (PLD), Seven Steps for Writing. We are a Positive Behaviour School and work closely with allied services to best support the diverse needs of all our students.
Our highly skilled and dedicated staff ensure that children are given every opportunity to develop both academically and socially, giving them the skills to become confident and independent learners. We have specialist teachers in the areas of Music, Indonesian, Physical Education, The Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) and Science.
We will be seeking to appoint both classroom and specialist teachers, potentially for Science, Digital Technologies and HASS.
