We are seeking to establish a pool of Mathematics Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2025. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Comet Bay College (CBC) is seeking suitably qualified, passionate and committed Mathematics Teachers to join our friendly team. At CBC we strive for excellence by nurturing individual abilities, providing meaningful opportunities and fostering positive respectful relationships.
The suitable applicants should ideally have experience teaching Mathematics across all Years, 7 to Year 12 and the ability to teach Senior School Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) is preferred but not essential. Ability and a willingness to work in the College Gifted and Talented and Academic Extension Program is also desirable.
To be suitable for this role, you will ideally be student and relationship focused, highly motivated, innovative and able to work effectively in a team environment, as well as displaying an engaging and energetic teaching style. You should reflect and assess the effectiveness of your teaching practice using a variety of methods available within the College, promote an environment of active and positive learning, and provide educational opportunities and activities which enable students to achieve to their highest potential.
