The Role
In collaboration with the Principal and members of the administrative team, the Program Coordinator provides educational leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school vision, and encouraging school staff, volunteers from the community and others to share ownership of the school’s vision and goals.
In collaboration with year leaders, you will need to monitor academic progress, support students at educational risk, and cultivate aspirations and interests to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving educational outcomes.
The successful applicant will ideally have a proven capacity to manage a small team of student services staff in data interrogation to achieve positive outcomes for students in attendance, engagement and social emotional health.
