The Role
Westfield Park PS is seeking an organised and enthusiastic School Officer to join their administrative team.
Your role as the School Officer undertake reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information, in an efficient and friendly manner. The successful applicant will ideally provide support to student-related activities such as maintaining student attendance records, generating reports and assisting with students’ enrolments.
Looking for an applicant who ideally possesses good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and who has sound knowledge and ability using computers and a range of application software packages to complete their daily work. Good organisational skills and commitment to executing tasks in a timely manner is advantageous.
