Who Are We and What Will You Be Doing
The ICT Business Engagement team is dedicated to developing and promoting best practices in how ICT interacts with our customers and collaborates internally to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Role Overview
You will be at the forefront of shaping our customer engagement strategies. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining innovative customer engagement process management policies and processes. You will also play a crucial role in monitoring and reporting on customer engagement activities and outcomes, ensuring that our methods are not only effective but also continuously evolving and improving.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and assist the Business Engagement team to
- Develop and implement communication plans, templates, and initiatives to support customer engagement.
- Maintain and refine customer engagement process management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of customer engagement processes and outcomes.
- Provide management information to support improved decision-making and optimise resource allocation.
- Investigate and analyse issues, policies, and practices related to customer engagement activities.
- Develop appropriate solutions to enhance customer engagement and ensure stakeholders are well-informed and educated on engagement and planning processes.
- Engage with clients to seek feedback on their experience with ICT, gaining insights on how we can improve our services to better meet customer needs.
