WA College of Agriculture (WACOA) – Cunderdin is seeking a Residential Supervisor, male or female to join their team.
Residential Supervisors care for male and female students (ages 15 to 18 years old) in residence at the WACOA – Cunderdin. Rosters operate after school hours and include weekends and evenings. Work rosters are 3 days on, 2 days off. Accommodation onsite may be available and job share is also an option.
As a Residential Supervisor you will provide appropriate pastoral care and supervision of students during residential hours. You will be required to supervise students undertaking recreational activities along with ensuring student receive appropriate daily care to maintain health and wellbeing in a safe and homely environment.
The successful applicant will assist students to develop personal and social skills, in accordance with the College plan while also planning, organising, and transporting student to activities such as, sporting fixtures, entertainment and other events on weekends. Ideally you will have experience working with youth including following operational procedures and standards, including safety and emergency evacuations.
WACOA – Cunderdin provides Year 11 and 12 students with a unique educational experience focused on innovation and excellence, with STEM a key priority of the College. The College is located adjacent to the Wheatbelt town of Cunderdin approximately 2 hours east of Perth and 45 minutes from Northam. Students are offered the opportunity to achieve the best possible educational outcomes within the context of a commercially operating farm, state of the art trade training workshops and a 144-bed residential facility.
