Bruce Rock District High School (DHS) is seeking an experienced Manager Corporate Services (MCS) to join our friendly and support team.
Bruce Rock DHS is located 240 km from Perth, caters for 100 children from Kindergarten to Year 10. The Role
The Manager Corporate Services is responsible for implementing sound consistent management and budgeting practices and systems. The successful applicant will ideally have well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic financial leader and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be responsible for reviewing current school financial practices, implementing improvements, and using the Schools Resourcing System to plan strategically to ensure the school remains in a strong financial position. You will ideally be flexible and reliable and able to work independently with autonomy.
The successful applicant will work with the Administration Support Team on delivering improved outcomes for students. As a member of the leadership team, the Manager Corporate Services will share the responsibility for inspiring and leading support staff in their commitment to the core values of the school and will provide strategic advice on financial and physical resourcing processes.
The Manager Corporate Services is intrinsically involved in the implementation of the school's Business Plan and the implementation of changes necessary for the progression of our priorities. The successful applicant should also have a problem-solving mindset and relentless focus on excellence, including a willingness to work with relevant legislation, reporting and governance requirements relating to the role, and effectively display the ability to lead a team of school support staff.
