How the process works
Successful applicants will be placed into an appointment pool and may be considered for part‑time (up to 0.6 FTE) secondary teaching vacancies that arise in Semester 2, 2022, at metropolitan and regional Western Australian public secondary schools interested in participating in the Public School Teaching Pathway program. For a list of schools, see attachments at the bottom of this advertisement.
If you are appointed from this pool you will have access to an experienced school mentor during your appointment.
If you are required to complete a professional experience (practicum) placement during your appointment, as part of your initial teacher education course, this will occur under all the usual settings and supervision required by your course. You will not be paid salary for your professional experience.
