Position Profile: This position, through effective nursing clinical leadership is responsible for standards of nursing practice and monitoring client/patient care in the Emergency Department. This position promotes and maintains collaborative relationships with clients, carers, peers, visitors, medical staff and other members of the health care team. It is also responsible for the management of human and material resources and environmental safety for the provisions of safe and cost effective care with the area of responsibility.
