About Us
Hammond Park SC is as an Independent Public School and is one of eight WA Public Private Partnership schools. The college is built, financed and maintained by project company EduWest. While the partnership is a very different way of delivering education facilities in the State, the students’ education remains the responsibility of the Department of Education, and the Principal, teachers and staff are employed by the Department of Education as they are in all public schools.
The college currently has Year 7 and 8 students and enrols a new Year 7 cohort each year until 2025 when our anticipated enrolments will be approximately 1450. The college’s growth will focus on the development of curriculum and extra curricular opportunities to meet the diverse learning pathways of all students.
