Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2021 school year, up to the end of Term 4, 2022.
The ALS was established in early 2019 targeting a specific cohort of students, those who have demonstrated signs of physical aggression and will benefit from a short term intensive intervention program. The ALS deliver specialised activities and learning programs that build students’ social skills and self-regulation, in environments designed to effect positive and lasting change in their behaviour. The program has the capacity to provide access to specialists such as paediatricians, clinical psychologists or consultation with psychiatrists.

The teaching positions will provide the unique opportunity to collaborate and be involved in further developing the support program as the ALS continues to evolve. We are seeking dedicated teachers who are looking for a challenge, it is essential that you can work in a team environment using your demonstrated high level communication skills in engaging and making a difference to students wellbeing and engagement.
